Shilo is a grad student at Colorado, having transferred from Jackson State alongside his father and brother. He previously played at South Carolina but still has two years of eligibility left including this season.

Last year, Shilo became a brand ambassador for Porsche while at Jackson State, where he was an All-SWAC safety. These days, he’s driving around in a Dodge Ram, which he recently showed off in his Instagram stories with a new matte black wrap from Evolve Graphic Solutions. It’s not clear if the truck or the wrap are the result of NIL deals, but he also recently showed off a 2023 Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupe he labeled as a purchase on his YouTube channel.
Shilo, alongside his brother, Shedeur, were featured in a Google commercial in November, advertising the company’s Shop app. The commercial was produced with help from Team Whistle, a sports entertainment company.
The Sanders family is a marketing machine that likely hasn’t even hit its stride yet given how Colorado has started out the 2023 season.
