Shilo Sanders to Play Father Deion Sanders on BMF

The latest NIL deal for Shilo Sanders is being compensated to play his father, Deion Sanders, on the season finale of BMF. The show is a crime drama on Starz inspired by the story of two brothers from Detroit who create a drug distribution network called the “Black Mafia Family.”

For the show’s third season, it shifted from Detroit to Atlanta. According to USA Today, the real Deion Sanders met one of the brothers, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory, back when he played for the Falcons and ran the club Prime Time 21. Other guest stars this season included Dominique “Lil Baby” Jones, Ne-Yo, 2 Chainz, and Saweetie.

Big Meech is played by his own son, so it made sense to also tap one of Sanders’s sons to play him. Coach Prime took to Instagram to celebrate Shilo’s role.

“Guess who’s playing a Young PRIME!” Deion Sanders wrote. “I’m so proud of @shilosanders he did the Doggone THANG! Good Lawd the SANDERS boys are exercising all the gifts that GOD gave them and having fun living this life that we only get 1 shot at. Live kids Live.”

Shilo has racked up quite the impressive list of NIL deals over the course of his time at Jackson State and Colorado. Shilo’s NIL deals include Actively Black, Oikos, KFC, Porsche, TurboTax, Champs Sports, Google and Sprayground.
