What kind of sunglasses does Coach Prime wear?
Coach Prime’s sunglasses are from Blenders Eyewear, and now you can snag our own pair thanks to his new partnership with the brand!
Coach Prime is out of the hottest names in college football this year, so it’s no surprise that brands are knocking on his door. Blenders Eyewear has announced a collaboration with Deion Sanders, otherwise known as “Coach Prime,” following Colorado State head coach Jay Norvell commenting on Sanders’s sunglasses.
It’s a deal that benefits more than Coach Prime himself. Blenders is also becoming the preferred eyewear partner for CU Athletics.
Blenders is already reaping the rewards of this new collaboration, with Sanders announcing on ESPN’s College Gameday today that the company did $1.2 million in sales yesterday alone.
The Blenders Eyewear x Coach Prime Collection
Starting today, you can get a sneak peek and even pre-order from the limited-edition Blenders Eyewear x Coach Prime sunglasses collection. These exclusive shades are set to hit the market on October 12th.
What makes these sunglasses so special? Well, they’re a fusion of Deion Sanders’ unique style and Blenders Eyewear’s bold aesthetics. The Coach Prime sunglasses are crafted in the Millenia X2 silhouette and feature the brand’s signature PureBlend Polar Lens.

Style Meets Sports
Chase Fisher, the CEO and Founder of Blenders Eyewear, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating, “Coach Prime is an icon with a multi-generational influence. From player to now a powerhouse coach, he’s become a true game-changer with a bold and unshakable style.
“At Blenders, we resonate with Coach Prime, someone who not only excels in the world of sports but also understands the power of style as a means of self-expression. Together, we’re about to unleash a blend that will redefine what it means to make a statement on and off the field. Get ready for a collaboration that’s as electrifying as Coach Prime’s legendary presence.”
Sanders himself added, “I’m not new to this, I’m TRUE 2 THIS! And the Blenders Eyewear family and myself certainly see eye 2 eye on our commitment to QUALITY and STYLE. This collaboration is much larger than our shared love for fashion and eyewear. See, eyewear is much larger than just fashion. It’s an outlet to EXPRESS YOURSELF, it’s a CONVERSATION STARTER, it sets the DARN TONE! Look good, feel good, PLAY GOOD!”
