NIL Store Releases ‘Campus Edition’ Jerseys Ahead of March Madness

NIL Store has revealed its first group of “Campus Edition” jerseys in anticipation of the college basketball postseason throughout March and April. The jerseys pay homage to 12 schools’ community, traditions, symbols, colors, and motifs that encapsulate its campus cultures.

Schools included in the first wave are Dayton, Illinois, Iowa State, LSU, Maryland, Michigan State, Nebraska, Northwestern, Purdue, San Diego State, UCLA, UConn, and Utah. The jerseys will be available for the players signed by the NIL Store at each school, with college athletes earning payouts on every sale.

Some jerseys feature significant campus buildings, while others touch an aspect of the school’s culture — LSU’s adopts a Mardi Gras color scheme, and UConn’s has 16 stars for its programs’ 16 combined NCAA titles (11 women’s and five men’s). Some jerseys recognize the school mascot, like Maryland’s Terrapin and Michigan State’s Sparty, while others pay tribute to the school’s city, like Northwestern’s Chicago and UCLA’s Los Angeles.

Campus Ink expanded into the NIL space in 2021 when it launched its NIL Store to streamline merchandise for college athletes and schools nationwide. Releasing the “Campus Edition” jerseys coincides with the brand’s belief that every college athlete should be able to capitalize on their NIL and receive associated payouts.
