For Choice Privilege Members with Choice Hotels who have a passion for college football, a new initiative between Choice and LEARFIELD will make dream experiences a reality at eight college campuses. Alabama, Louisville, Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, Rutgers, Tennessee and Wake Forest are the programs participating in the Choice Privileges Experience program.
These experiences will be available to members through the redemption of Choice Privileges points, with experiences starting at 50,000 points.
“For our loyalty guests, the benefits of Choice Privileges membership extend beyond the realm of hospitality and include easy-to-earn, relevant rewards that can be used during their stay, at the gas station and now, at the stadium,” Choice Hotels vice president of loyalty programs and customer engagement Jamie Russo said. “We know consumers are increasingly focusing on unforgettable experiences and this latest collaboration with LEARFIELD ensures our more than 54 million members – many of whom are avid college football fans – can continue to maximize those special travel moments with coveted experiences they won’t find anywhere else.”
The Choice Privileges Experiences will give fans unprecedented gameday access and the opportunity to live out their college football dreams. At Penn State, available perks include being a “Broadcaster for a Game” and doing a live read, while at Big Ten rival Ohio State, fans can redeem their points for an experience with the Ryan Day Coaching Show. In the ACC, Louisville diehards can help open the doors for the team’s run through the tunnel or, if the fan pulls for Wake Forest, watch the Demon Deacons play from an exclusive gameday suite.
While some of the programs offer a couple different experiences, facility tours and VIP tailgates are two common perks between the offerings.
