High-Speed Internet Company Partners With Oklahoma State Softball

Oklahoma State University softball is having a busy offseason, most recently establishing a partnership with Bluepeak. The Denver-based internet company has established name, image and likeness deals with each college athlete on the 2023 roster.
The Cowgirls’ success on the diamond has captured the attention of the softball world under head coach Kenny Gajewski. They will enter the 2023 season ranked number five and have reached the College World Series in the past three seasons.
The hype surrounding the Cowgirls softball program is reflected in their fan attendance. Each softball game draws maximum attendance, so the Oklahoma State athletic staff must implement extra seating to accommodate fans.
“This is a great opportunity for Cowgirl Softball and rewards these girls for the impact they’re having on and off the field and the excitement they’ve created for their program,” said Barry Hinson, OSU Associate AD for Name, Image & Likeness. “Bluepeak really stepped up to the plate, and their investment in our student-athletes will pay huge dividends for the future of our program.”
Bluepeak is on a mission to provide high-speed, reliable fiber internet services to less heavily invested communities, such as Stillwater and other communities across Oklahoma.
“We deeply admire the competitive spirit of this Cowgirls’ team,” said Rich Fish, Bluepeak CEO. “At Bluepeak, we aim to bring more competition for broadband consumers by building cutting-edge fiber to places that have needed more, better options to connect to the rest of the world for too long. That’s why this opportunity to support these student-athletes and this great community is the perfect fit for Bluepeak.”
